How will I know about a flight schedule change?

Your flight status can be found on the airline’s website; check it often to avoid last-minute complications.

We and/or the airline will inform you of any schedule change via email and/or SMS. If you find out about a schedule change on your own, please contact us so we can assist you.

In cases in which the airline does not notify us of any changes, you may be asked to contact the airline directly.

Please keep in mind that it is the traveler’s responsibility to stay updated about changes to the flight schedule.
